Thomas Ruff produced this series of nude photographs from pictures taken from porn sites, which he then converted digitally by changing lights and effects… By blurring these images of endless desire, perfect bodies, absence of impotence, Ruff induces a sense of uncertainty, frustration, unhealthy voyeurism, and the end of the idyll. See for yourself at the Gagosian Gallery in London from March 8th to April 14th.

Did you know that the Half Cab was born almost 20 years ago? The story goes that famous skater Steve Caballero wasn’t content with the ankle on his Vans Caballero Hight. Armed with a pair of scissors and some duct tape, Cab took the ankle height down, creating not only a more skate friendly shoe, but a classic sneaker. The first micro-collection of 20 pairs was launched on January 28th and is available only in NYC, LA, London and Tokyo, and all pairs are numbered and signed by Cab itself.
